For those who don’t know, my Dad is a Firefighter. Right after 9/11 all the fire trucks were adorned with flags. When it came time to remove the flags my Dad was able to get this one off of his truck to keep, E8. So it’s pretty special to him

We all head down to the entrance to watch the Church fireworks that are put off across the street. We’re kind of VIP. Ha! The folks at the front of the hood made a sign.

When David and I got back to my house, we were pleasantly surprised to find out that we could see Tom Brown park’s fireworks from my neighborhood entrance. We stood there and watched them finish up. Very convenient and no crowds!
