Lots of Green

Not of the money variety. But the leafy kind.

That I spent my green on.

I think that brings my total to around 13 or 14 inside plants. I kind of like them They complete a room. The problem is, I have a very small place, so the plants are kind of everywhere you look. I’ve definitely run out of plant setting space.

Anywho, here’s what I recently acquired. And I was planting these at 11:30 at night. Not sure why. But I wouldn’t recommend doing it inside, messy

I picked up these cute little guys at Wal Mart for a few bucks each.

Like I said, messy.

I already had all of the pots. Mostly Ikea purchases from my first trip. The back 4 are fake plants from Ikea as well.

Then while trying to find places to put my new friends, I ended up re-arranging my kitchen counters.

I moved the cutting board to create some more counter space. Can’t believe I didn’t do this months ago.

And it’s not like I cook, so it’s really not taking up any valuable counter space on that side.

Here’s a little tip. This is a fake plant, but it has real potting soil in it, so it looks real. I have one on my desk at work and everyone stops to smell it. They can’t believe it’s not real!

This little trio makes me smile.

And it greets me right when I walk in the door!
