Today I made a Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Natural PB, 2% Milk, Ice Cubes, 1 Nanner.

It was good and healthy!

Yesterday however I had a not-so-healthy White Chocolate Mocha Frappucino from Starbucks. Hey, you win some you lose some. And I’m 2.5 weeks soda free still!
