It was another great New Year’s Eve Celebration for my family. We had the usual bon fire and chili and lots of great people and good laughs!
I was asked several times what my resolution this year is, and I simply said, “to be happy”. I think that’s a good one. Of course there’s the lose weight, eat better, be a better person, blah blah blah, but all of that kind of falls into the “Be Happy” genre too. 2011 had many ups and downs. It was a year full of life lessons and picking up pieces, but it made me the person that I am today. My family is healthy, I have a great job, and I am truly blessed. I am excited to see what 2012 has in store.
“If you want to be happy, be.” – Leo Tolstoy
Easy enough, right?

I didn’t take many pictures at all last night but I wanted to share a picture that I did take, of my Grampy & Big Momma/Sugar Momma/Grammy (my Dad’s parents). At Grampy’s request we did a little photo shoot so they’d have some updated pictures. They are just the sweetest people you’ll ever meet and I am so lucky to have them as my Grandparents. I love you both SOOO much!
Beautiful Grammy
